Abelardo de la Espriella Inaugurates Cabinet and Launches Security Strategy in Cali

President Abelardo de la Espriella inaugurated 18 ministers of his cabinet on Friday, August 7, 2026, during a private ceremony at the Batallón Pichincha in Cali.
