Lean is where the outlet sits in its OWN country's politics, never on one global scale.

Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.

Ownership is disclosed, never rated.

Every source for this story reports from Argentina.

Every outlet covering this story shares the same political lean; read with that in mind.

The official dollar is trading at 1515 pesos for sale at Banco Nación on Thursday, July 30, while the blue dollar is quoted at 1570 pesos for sale. President Javier Milei is scheduled to address the nation via a broadcast at 8 PM to discuss a project to reform the Charter of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA), an initiative he describes as ending 91 years of fraud. The proposed reforms include establishing the preservation of currency value as the sole mandate of the monetary authority, prohibiting direct or indirect financing of the National Treasury, eliminating certain state-issued letters in favor of the Central Bank, and strengthening governance by increasing requirements for removing authorities.

In other financial developments, the BCRA purchased 36 million dollars on Wednesday, which contributed to gross international reserves rising to 49.2 billion dollars. The country risk indicator reached 449 points. In the cryptocurrency market, Bitcoin is quoted at 64,767.75 dollars and Ethereum at 1,918.50 dollars. Other exchange rates include the tarjeta dollar at approximately 1976 pesos and the CCL dollar at 1585.68 pesos.
