The Calcutta High Court has restrained West Bengal Police from taking coercive action against Trinamool Congress MP Abhishek Banerjee until August 6. Justice Saugata Bhattacharyya issued this order regarding three specific first information reports registered at the Bhabanipur, Kalitala, and Bishnupur police stations on May 27, June 1, and June 16 respectively.
