China's military is seeking public information regarding suspected procurement violations within the People's Liberation Army Rocket Force (PLARF). According to a notice posted on the PLA's official procurement website, authorities are requesting clues about problems involving the purchase of goods, services, construction projects, and food and medical supplies. The request covers all stages of the procurement process, including requirements drafting, evaluations, contract performance, and online purchasing.
Suppliers, bidding and tendering agencies, evaluation experts, and military personnel are invited to provide information. Reports will be accepted via post and a special telephone line until November 30, 2026. This follows a similar request made in December 2025 regarding irregularities within the Air Force.
