  • A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.

Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.

Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.

The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

German runner Florian Bremm won the silver medal in the 5000 meter race at the European Athletics Championships in Birmingham, Great Britain. Bremm finished with a time of 13:15,60 minutes, trailing Norway's Jakob Ingebrigtsen by 0.31 seconds. During the final lap, Bremm moved into the lead and passed French runner Jimmy Gressier before being overtaken by Ingebrigtsen 40 meters before the finish line. This marks the first German European Championship medal in the 5000 meter event in ten years.

Following the race, the 25 year old athlete expressed a sense of disbelief and emotional overwhelm. He noted that he had spent his entire life working toward this achievement. While center right framing emphasizes his status as an underdog who emerged from the shadow of more famous runners, center left framing focuses on the personal sacrifices and the toll his career has taken on his family and friends. Bremm acknowledged that he demands a great deal from his loved ones and feels that he often takes more than he gives due to the requirements of professional sports. Following the event, Bremm stated his intention to take a vacation with a motorhome for cycling or surfing.
