Iran Accuses Qatar and Kuwait of Detaining Personnel Following Military Incidents

Iran has accused Qatar and Kuwait of holding Iranian personnel, leading to a diplomatic dispute over the fate of missing military members. In a separate matter, Iran has accused Kuwait of withholding information regarding four Iranians. Iran previously stated these individuals entered Kuwaiti waters due to a navigational disruption, while Kuwait maintains the men were arrested on suspicion of planning hostile actions.
