- A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.
Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.
Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.
The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

Israel is preparing for an unusual summer storm system bringing strong winds and rare August rainfall. The Israel Meteorological Service issued a Yellow Warning for Saturday afternoon, forecasting southwesterly winds up to 50 kph with gusts reaching 70 kph across most of the country, including the coastline, the Negev, and the Golan Heights. An Orange Warning was also issued for the Israeli coastline due to high sea swimming dangers and waves up to 2 meters.
While initial reports and forecasts warned of a potential deluge with flooding, lightning, and hail, meteorologists have since dampened these projections. Forecasters now state that the storm system will remain mostly over the sea, though some showers are still expected in central Israel and the coastal plain through Sunday. In response to the initial warnings, the Israel Fire and Rescue Authority moved to a state of heightened readiness.
Similar extreme weather has already impacted neighboring regions. In Cyprus, a nationwide alert warned of heavy rainfall and flooding. Reports from Cyprus indicated temperatures 10 degrees Celsius below normal, waterspouts at sea, and one man hospitalized with minor burns after being struck by lightning. Rains and winds were also reported in Lebanon and Syria.
