Katrina Llegado of the Philippines was crowned Miss Supranational 2026 during the 17th edition of the pageant held in Nowy Sącz, Poland, on July 31. Llegado, a 28 year old model and entrepreneur, bested 66 other delegates to become the second Filipina to win the title, ending a 13 year drought since Mutya Datul first won in 2013. She received the crown from the previous winner, Eduarda Braum of Brazil.

Llegado secured the victory after the final question and answer round, where she spoke about embracing imperfection and not fitting into a mold. She was the first titleholder to receive the Fioletowa crown, which features purple stones instead of the traditional blue. The final results saw Eve Gilles of France as first runner up, Lara Marina of Brazil as second runner up, Ndah Eno of Nigeria as third runner up, and Karolina Gorylova of the Czech Republic as fourth runner up.

Llegado holds a degree in financial management from De La Salle University and co founded the beauty brand Clocheflame in 2021. She also completed military reservist training with the Philippine Air Force in 2023. Her path to the international title included several years of competition, including placing as fifth runner up at the 2019 Reina Hispanoamericana contest and competing in the Miss Universe Philippines pageants of 2022 and 2025.

As Miss Supranational, Llegado will serve as an ambassador for the organization and travel globally as an inspirational figure.
