Simultaneously, President Lula's campaign has launched a series of attacks against Flávio Bolsonaro in its electoral advertising. A social media video titled Dark Horse features audio of the senator asking banker Daniel Vorcaro for money. The campaign associates Bolsonaro with the Vorcaro case, allegations of salary splitting known as rachadinha, and links to a militia member. While the center right framing emphasizes the specific audio of the money request and the lack of accounting for the funds, the center framing highlights the broader strategy of the PT campaign to increase the rejection rate of the PL candidate by focusing on his legal history. In response to these attacks, Flávio Bolsonaro has dismissed the Vorcaro matter as a closed chapter and questioned Lula's own accountability.
