  • A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.

Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.

Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.

The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

President Lula and Senator Flávio Bolsonaro have begun their campaigns for the presidency through televised advertisements and regional events. In his first TV program, Lula presented himself as a leader who confronts the powerful and the system of privileges. He described his current term as a period of reconstruction following a turbulent phase and stated that Brazil is now ready for further progress, including the potential end of the six day work week. His campaign materials also included attacks on Flávio Bolsonaro, featuring audio of the senator requesting money from a former banker and comparing the senator's history to a police record.

Flávio Bolsonaro focused his first TV program on appealing to female voters and presenting himself as a moderate member of the Bolsonaro family. He criticized the current state of Brazil, citing issues with organized crime and inflation. Outside of the televised ads, the PL candidate campaigned in the south of Rio de Janeiro state. During a visit to Angra dos Reis, he proposed public private partnerships, the completion of Angra 3, and the authorization of oil and gas exploration in the mouth of the Amazon River.

Other candidates also appeared in the televised blocks. Ronaldo Caiado focused on public security and his record as governor of Goiás, while Augusto Cury also received airtime. Lula holds the most television time with 5 minutes and 31 seconds, followed by Flávio Bolsonaro with 4 minutes and 20 seconds.
