- A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.
Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.
Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.
The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi used the 137th episode of his monthly radio program, Mann Ki Baat, to call for a drug free India. He specifically urged young people, musicians, students, theatre groups, and content creators to use their creativity to spread awareness against addiction. Modi suggested the creation of songs, short plays, and slogans in various languages to support the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan, asking participants to use the hashtag #NashaMuktYuva on social media. He noted that drug addiction affects not only the individual but also their family and society.
The Prime Minister also highlighted women's economic empowerment through the PM SVANidhi scheme. He stated that approximately 46 percent of the beneficiaries are women, which accounts for around 3.5 million individuals expanding their businesses. To illustrate this, he cited the stories of Babita Sharma from Ghaziabad and T S Ningamma from Bengaluru, both of whom grew their small businesses with financial assistance from the scheme. Additionally, he mentioned Mission ShaktiSAT, an initiative providing girl students from 108 countries the opportunity to learn about satellite technology.
Other topics discussed included the work of Mumbai resident Krishna Seshadri, who created an interactive historical atlas to make India's history more accessible. Modi also touched upon patriotic celebrations in August, mentioning the 150th anniversary of Vande Mataram and the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign. Finally, he encouraged citizens to embrace the Vocal for Local initiative during the upcoming festive season by purchasing products made in India.
