Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced on Thursday that authorities arrested a Russian citizen on August 7 who was allegedly hired by Russian intelligence services to kill a man with dual Ukrainian and United States citizenship in Warsaw. Tusk stated that the intended victim was someone who was inconvenient to the Putin regime. The plot was prevented at the last minute through the combined efforts of the Polish police and the Internal Security Agency.
