Ukraine has launched long range strikes against two Russian oil refineries and several vessels in the Black Sea. President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the attacks targeted the Bashneft-Novoil refinery in Bashkortostan, located approximately 1,300 kilometers from the border, and the Slavneft-Yanos refinery in the Yaroslavl region, located nearly 700 kilometers away.
