Ukrainian Prime Minister Cites Criminal Negligence After Russian Attack Near Kyiv

Ukrainian Prime Minister Serhii Koretskyi has called for severe punishment for officials following a Russian attack in the Kyiv region on August 28. The strike hit warehouse facilities in the Bucha district, triggering fires and a series of secondary explosions. The attack led to the temporary closure of the M-06 Kyiv-Chop highway between the 15th and 32nd kilometers.
