Leaders from China, Russia, India, Iran, and Pakistan gathered in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, on Monday for the annual summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation. The event marks the 25th anniversary of the bloc, which includes ten member states and several dialogue partners.
