28th São Paulo International Book Biennial Opens at Distrito Anhembi

The 28th São Paulo International Book Biennial begins this Friday, September 4, and will run until Sunday, September 13, at the Distrito Anhembi in the city's north zone. The event features 12 official spaces and between 230 and 269 exhibitors. Spain serves as the Guest Country of Honor this year with a dedicated 500 square meter area. Other confirmed speakers include Raphael Montes, Aline Bei, Christian Dunker, and Nath Finanças. Tickets are available through the Fever platform, with some dates already sold out. Visitors can access the venue via free circular shuttles from the Portuguesa Tietê metro station or through paid parking. The event prohibits items such as weapons, glass packaging, drones, and folding chairs.
