- A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.
Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.
Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.
The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

Armenia will not block Russian citizens from entering the country if Moscow announces a new wave of mobilization. Alen Simonyan, the secretary of Armenia's Security Council, stated in an interview with TV Rain that border officials will not question individuals about their reasons for visiting. He noted that Russians can enter Armenia using only internal passports and expressed that they are welcome and respected in the country. Simonyan added that Armenia is prepared to provide help to those who need it and that individuals may return to Russia whenever they choose.
Reports from various media outlets and intelligence sources suggest that Russia could announce a new mobilization following elections to the State Duma. The Kremlin has denied these reports, calling them media hoaxes. Despite these denials, human rights groups and other observers report that Russian citizens have increased their efforts to seek advice on relocating abroad, with Armenia and Georgia being primary destinations of interest.
