BJP Announces Major Organizational Reshuffle Under New President Nitin Nabin

BJP National President Nitin Nabin has announced a significant organizational reshuffle of the party's national team, appointing 51 new office bearers out of 65. Satish Poonia, who retains his role as Haryana in charge, has been appointed as the in charge for Punjab.

Jagdish Patel is noted for his closeness to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his role in the Prime Minister's 2024 Varanasi victory. Vinod Tawde is recognized for his previous work as a poll observer in Bihar, where he focused on caste equations. Satish Poonia is credited with the BJP's 2024 victory in Haryana. In Bihar, Rituraj Sinha was appointed joint coordinator of all party cells, a role some party leaders describe as lacking significant organizational heft.
