The Brazilian Federal Police located and seized a Gulfstream GV-SP aircraft in Asuncion, Paraguay, on Saturday, June 15. The plane, valued at approximately R$ 120 million, was flown back to Brasilia on Sunday, June 16, where it will undergo inspection and judicial measures. The aircraft is registered to Viking Participações, a holding company owned and administered by former banker Daniel Vorcaro. The plane was already subject to judicial blocks preventing its sale or transfer.

According to investigators, the scheme involved creating false documents to artificially inflate the bank's assets to attract investors and hide its true financial state. The investigation also explores suspicions of money laundering, corruption, and the intimidation of journalists and former employees. Vorcaro's defense denies these accusations.
