A man in his 60s from the Stockport area of Greater Manchester has admitted to 60 offences involving the drugging and rape of his wife over a 20 year period. The defendant entered his pleas at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court, where he admitted to charges including rape, attempted rape, sexual assault, assault by penetration, and administering a substance with intent to stupefy or overpower his wife.
