Inflation in the City of Buenos Aires slowed to 1.7% in August, down from 2.9% in July, according to data from the Institute of Statistics and Censuses of the city (IDECBA). This brings the accumulated inflation for the first eight months of the year to approximately 21.5%. The interannual variation for the eighth month of the year stood at 33.3%.
