- A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.
Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.
Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.
The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

FairPrice is increasing the discount for Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) Blue and Orange cardholders from 3 per cent to 6 per cent starting September 3. The initiative will run until January 1, 2027, with Blue cardholders receiving the discount on Thursdays and Orange cardholders receiving it on Fridays. The offer is available at all FairPrice stores, FairPrice Online, and Unity pharmacies, with a daily spending cap of S$200 per customer. Online shoppers can link their CHAS account to the FairPrice Group app for automatic application of the discount. Additionally, eligible cardholders can receive a waiver of service fees for online delivery orders on their designated days, though one source specifies a minimum spend of S$100 for the S$3.99 waiver. The discount can be combined with CDC vouchers and other store promotions. FairPrice Group CEO Vipul Chawla and NTUC Secretary General Ng Chee Meng stated that the move aims to support lower income households and help Singaporeans manage higher living costs. This program follows other 2026 initiatives, including price freezes on over 500 daily essentials from June to August and a previous doubling of the CHAS discount from April 9 to May 31. FairPrice Group noted that more than S$10 million in savings have been provided to CHAS Blue and Orange cardholders this year.
