Flamengo has assumed the lead of the Campeonato Brasileiro after defeating Remo 1 to 0 on Sunday, September 6. Samuel Lino scored the winning goal in the 20th minute of the second half following an assist from Arrascaeta. The victory brings Flamengo to 54 points.
