Former Brazilian President José Sarney was hospitalized on Sunday, September 13, at UDI Hospital in São Luís, Maranhão, after being diagnosed with pneumonia. According to medical bulletins, the 96 year old former president is in stable clinical condition with his blood pressure under control.
