Mykhailo Fedorov, the former Defense Minister of Ukraine, announced plans to launch a new defense technology company with Palantir CEO Alex Karp serving as the first major investor. The announcement follows a meeting between Fedorov and Karp on August 31 at Palantir's Washington office.
