- A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.
Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.
Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.
The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

Four members of Argentina's 1986 World Cup winning squad visited their former coach, Carlos Salvador Bilardo. The group, consisting of Oscar Ruggeri, Sergio Batista, Carlos Tapia, and Ricardo Giusti, shared a photo of the intimate gathering on social media. Giusti posted the image with the caption, "Visiting the master."
Bilardo has been away from public life since 2017 following a diagnosis of Hakim Adams syndrome, a neurological condition that affects cognitive abilities. He currently resides in Buenos Aires under the care of his family. This visit occurred several months after Bilardo's 88th birthday, an occasion where he also received visits from former players including Ruggeri, Jorge Burruchaga, and Giusti, as well as Claudia Villafañe.
Bilardo led the Argentine national team to the title in Mexico 1986, defeating West Germany 3 to 2 in the final. He also coached the team to the final of the 1990 World Cup in Italy, where they lost 1 to 0 to West Germany. Prior to his national team tenure, Bilardo was closely linked to Estudiantes de La Plata, where he won five titles as a player and later led the team to a First Division championship as a coach in 1982.
Following his coaching career, which ended in 2004 with Estudiantes, Bilardo worked as a sports analyst, served as the Secretary of Sports for the province of Buenos Aires between 2007 and 2008, and acted as the director of national teams for the Argentine Football Association until 2014.
