  • A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.

Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.

Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.

The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

Brazil is facing varied weather conditions on Tuesday, October 8, with frost expected in the South and storm alerts active across all regions. According to the National Institute of Meteorology (Inmet), there is a high possibility of rain and instability throughout the country, including thunderstorms in parts of the North, Northeast, and Center-West. In the Southeast, rain and thunder are predicted for the Triângulo Mineiro, while other areas will see cloud cover and minimal precipitation.

In the South, the forecast indicates a cold dawn with frost possible in the mountains of Santa Catarina and the center-east of Rio Grande do Sul. While the day is expected to be sunny with few clouds, temperatures will remain low in the early hours. In Rio Grande do Sul, some cities such as Santiago and Ijuí may see lows of around 3 degrees Celsius. Porto Alegre is expected to have a minimum of 10 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 22 degrees Celsius.

Looking ahead, weather conditions in Rio Grande do Sul are expected to change starting Wednesday. A low pressure system may bring isolated rain to the northwest of the state, with the possibility of isolated storms on Thursday. In other parts of the country, temperatures will vary widely, reaching up to 39 degrees Celsius in Teresina and 36 degrees Celsius in Manaus.
