- A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.
Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.
Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.
The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

Gilas Pilipinas defeated Iran 68 to 56 on Sunday, August 30, at the Mall of Asia Arena to complete a two game homestand sweep in the FIBA World Cup 2027 Asian Qualifiers. The victory improved the Philippines' record to 4 to 4 in Group E and marked their first win over Iran in FIBA play in over a decade. Dwight Ramos and Juan Gomez de Liaño both scored 16 points, while Kai Sotto recorded 13 points and 16 rebounds. AJ Edu added 8 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 blocks. June Mar Fajardo contributed 6 points in a brief appearance. Iran was led by Mobin Sheikhi with 21 points. The Philippines had previously secured an 82 to 81 win over Jordan earlier in the window. For the matchup against Iran, coach Tim Cone replaced Carl Tamayo with Justin Arana because Tamayo suffered a sprained ankle during the game against Jordan. Gilas Pilipinas is scheduled to face Syria and Iran again in November.
