- A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.
Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.
Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.
The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

Grêmio secured a spot in the Copa do Brasil semifinals by defeating their rival Internacional 3 to 1 on Thursday, September 3, at the Arena do Grêmio. Carlos Vinícius scored twice in the first half, and Krovinovic added a third goal in the second half. Vitinho scored a late goal for Internacional. This victory, combined with a scoreless draw in the first leg at the Beira Rio, allows Grêmio to advance to the next stage where they will face Atlético MG. The other semifinal will feature Palmeiras and Vasco. The CBF has set the base dates for the semifinals for November 1 and November 8, with the final scheduled as a single match on December 6. The long interval until November is attributed to FIFA international dates and Conmebol continental tournaments. The match also set a historic attendance record for the Arena do Grêmio with 55,695 total spectators. Grêmio coach Luís Castro credited the crowd as a decisive factor in the win. Following the match, Grêmio engaged in provocations against Internacional via social media and fan chants. Both teams now return to the Campeonato Brasileiro, where they are currently struggling near the relegation zone. Grêmio is 15th with 28 points and Internacional is 18th with 25 points.
