Former leaders of the Hong Kong Alliance in Support of Patriotic Democratic Movements of China have been sentenced to prison for their roles in organizing public events, including the annual June 4 vigil. Former chairman Lee Cheuk-yan was sentenced to seven years, while former vice-chairwoman Chow Hang-tung received seven years and three months. Former vice-chairman Albert Ho Chun-yan, who pleaded guilty, was sentenced to five years and two months.
