The Israeli-American Council (IAC) has launched a petition urging singer Ed Sheeran and his management to remove rapper Macklemore as an opening act for the remainder of his tour. The request follows a performance at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey where Macklemore wore a keffiyeh, called for a Free Palestine, and accused Israel of committing genocide in Gaza. During the set, Macklemore performed the song Hind's Hall while footage of pro-Palestinian encampments and scenes from Gaza were projected on the stadium screens.
