Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.

Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.

The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

Two men in their 20s are on the run after stealing four luxury watches worth approximately 200 million yen from a shop in Nakano Broadway, Tokyo. The incident occurred around 11:50 a.m. on the 25th. The suspects used a hammer to smash a showcase and completed the theft in about 10 seconds. The stolen items include three Richard Mille watches and one Patek Philippe watch. Five employees were in the store at the time, but no injuries were reported. The suspects, both described as being about 170 centimeters tall and wearing black masks and long sleeves, fled the scene; one used an electric kickboard while the other ran. The Metropolitan Police Department is currently investigating the case.
