The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for thunderstorms and heavy showers across large parts of England and Wales for Friday. The warning is in effect from midday until 9 p.m. and covers 64 areas including the East Midlands, the West Midlands, Yorkshire and the Humber, and parts of Wales.
