Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.
Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.
The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.
Every outlet covering this story shares the same political lean; read with that in mind.
Thousands of Norwegians are gathering at the Royal Palace of Oslo to pay their final respects to King Harald. The palace chapel is open to the public from Tuesday afternoon until September 8. According to the Royal Palace, visitors are prohibited from taking photos, filming, or leaving flowers and objects inside the chapel. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued invitations for the funeral. Political leaders from four countries are not invited at the head of state level and are instead invited at a diplomatic level.
