Approximately 30 robots marched in Warsaw last Monday, October 7, to demand that Poland implement regulations for artificial intelligence. The event was organized by Democratism, an initiative that aims to spark debate regarding the impact of AI and robotization on the labor market. During the protest, robots carried flags, marched in circles, and played slogans through loudspeakers such as "Defend jobs," "It is time for rules," and "Do not wait, regulate."

Grzegorz Kulis, the organizer of the demonstration, stated that the goal was to highlight the potential replacement of humans by humanoid robots and AI in cognitive work. He argued that rules and regulations are necessary to serve as a protective shield for workers. An AI humanoid named Agibot A3 noted that the presence of the robots was intended to show that the technology is already a reality.

The protest took place in front of the Ministry of Digital Affairs. The minister, Krzysztof Gawkowski, spoke with Kulis during the event and commented that uncontrolled AI models implemented in evolving humanoids represent a serious problem.
