Russia has not ruled out a trilateral meeting between the presidents of Russia, the United States, and China. These developments follow a Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit in Kyrgyzstan, where Putin and Xi promoted a vision of a multipolar world as a counterbalance to the West.
