- A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.
Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.
Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.

A Russian airstrike on the port city of Odesa damaged a 21 story residential building and injured 17 people, including three children. According to regional officials, the strike affected 20 apartments located between the tenth and seventeenth floors and damaged 12 parked cars. While center left framing notes that Russia claims to target military infrastructure such as ports and warehouses, Odesa authorities report that civilian residential buildings are being hit.
Simultaneous attacks targeted Kyiv and other regions. Explosions were heard in the capital starting shortly before 11 p.m. local time, with further strikes occurring after midnight. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko urged residents to remain in shelters as air defenses worked to repel Russian drones. In the Boryspil district of the Kyiv region, damage was reported to several warehouses, an administrative building, and a shop, leaving one person injured.
Ukrainian air force reports indicate that Russia deployed 163 strike and decoy drones, 135 of which were destroyed by air defenses. In response to a week of intensive attacks, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced a new air raid alert system that categorizes threats into red and yellow levels. Zelensky previously stated that Russia launched approximately 800 jet powered drones at Kyiv during the first four days of this large scale offensive.
