Russian airstrikes across Ukraine killed at least 12 people and wounded over 80 others overnight, according to local authorities. The Ukrainian Air Force reported that Russia launched six ballistic missiles and 151 attack drones targeting 12 locations. While 135 drones were downed, no ballistic missiles were intercepted, which officials attributed to a critical shortage of Patriot interceptors. In the Kyiv region, a drone attack in the village of Pukhivka killed a three year old boy and his grandparents; the child's parents, his 15 year old brother, and a neighbor were wounded. Another person was killed by a ballistic missile strike on civilian infrastructure in Kyiv. Additional fatalities were reported in Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Kherson regions. The Russian Ministry of Defense claimed its strikes hit a warehouse and a facility producing missile components in Kyiv. Simultaneously, Ukrainian forces reportedly struck Russian oil refineries in Ilsky and Syzran. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited Serbia on Saturday for the first time since the full scale invasion began. During meetings with President Aleksandar Vucic, Zelenskyy stated that almost no thermal power plants in Ukraine remain intact and urged Western allies for more air defense systems and sanctions to stop Russian missile production. The two leaders also discussed trade and their respective paths toward the European Union. Serbia has historically maintained close ties with Russia and has not joined European sanctions against Moscow, though President Vucic has provided non military humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
