Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.
Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.
The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

A seventh grade girl attacked a teacher and other students at School No. 2 in Kansk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, on September 1. Seven people were injured in the incident, including five children and two adults. According to the regional Health Ministry, all victims were referred for outpatient treatment. Reports indicate the victims suffered chemical burns to the face, eyes, and respiratory tracts, while the biology teacher sustained a stab wound to the back.
Accounts of the attack vary slightly between reports. One account states the student sprayed a teacher with a canister and attempted to stab her before a parent intervened and pushed the girl from the classroom. Another account suggests the student attacked both teachers and students and set fire to a door. Some reports further claim the girl attempted to throw a flammable mixture and broke a bottle in the corridor.
The suspect was detained, and the Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case. While one source reports the girl cited classroom bullying and a lack of understanding from teachers as her motive, another source states the motive remains unclear. The school was closed and the planned festive assembly was canceled.
Questions have been raised regarding school security. Reports indicate that the private security firms contracted for the school primarily operated at night. Additionally, some reports claim that local authorities have been instructed not to comment on the event, although the regional Health Ministry and the Investigative Committee have issued statements.
