Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.

Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.

The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

Singer songwriter IU will release a new digital single on Thursday, September 10, according to her agency, EDAM Entertainment. The announcement was made Friday and accompanied by a teaser video uploaded to the artist's social media channels. The Korea Herald noted that the teaser included astronomy themed hints and a music snippet previously heard in a video titled Dear Star, make my wish come true.

This release marks IU's first new music in a year. Her most recent song, Bye, Summer, was released on September 10, 2025. The 33 year old artist previously postponed the release of her sixth studio album and canceled concerts scheduled for earlier this month due to a health issue. Yonhap identified the condition as a flare up of patulous Eustachian tube, while The Korea Herald described it as an ear disorder.

Additionally, two concert films from 2022 and 2024 will return to theaters from September 9 to September 22 to celebrate her 18th year.
