South Korea defeated Myanmar 5-0 on Monday to begin their women's football competition at the Asian Games in Japan. The Group F match took place at Nagai Stadium in Osaka. Midfielder Kim Min-ji scored a hat trick, while defender Jang Selgi and Choe Yu-ri each scored one goal. South Korea missed two penalties during the second half of the match.
