Supreme Court Minister André Mendonça stated on Friday, June 14, that investigations into the Banco Master and the National Social Security Institute (INSS) must be guided by impartiality and technical criteria. Additionally, Mendonça expressed support for the creation of a code of ethics for Supreme Court ministers. This proposal, defended by Court President Edson Fachin and reported by Minister Cármen Lúcia, aims to establish conduct parameters and increase transparency regarding ministers' participation in public and private events to prevent conflicts of interest.
