- A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.
Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.
Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.

Supreme Court (STF) President Edson Fachin has assumed the rapporteurship of the investigation into suspected crimes involving Minister Alexandre de Moraes and former banker Daniel Vorcaro. Fachin scheduled a plenary session for Tuesday, September 15, to determine if Moraes should be investigated and potentially removed from office. This follows allegations that Moraes maintained an inappropriately close relationship with Vorcaro, who is accused of leading a massive banking fraud. In a separate decision, Fachin rejected a request to judge the cases of Moraes and Minister André Mendonça simultaneously, scheduling the analysis of Mendonça's conduct for September 23.
The conflict intensified after Minister Mendonça, the original rapporteur of the Banco Master case, lifted the secrecy of messages between Vorcaro and Moraes. In response, Moraes accused Mendonça of abuse of authority and requested an investigation into his conduct. Fachin has since ordered the Federal Police to report within 24 hours on the custody and state of Vorcaro's seized cell phone. This order comes as Ministers Gilmar Mendes and Cristiano Zanin pressure for full access to the device's data, arguing that Mendonça's selective release of information is improper.
Beyond the internal court battle, the investigation into Banco Master has expanded. Documents released by Mendonça suggest the bank produced fake documents to sustain credit operations with the Bank of Brasília (BRB). The Federal Police are also investigating alleged illicit relationships between the bank and several politicians, including senators Ciro Nogueira and Jaques Wagner, as well as former Rio de Janeiro Governor Cláudio Castro. A Datafolha poll indicates significant public division, with 34 percent of Brazilians favoring the removal of Moraes and 37 percent favoring the removal of Mendonça.
Allies of Moraes are reportedly considering challenging the impartiality of Ministers Kassio Nunes Marques and Luiz Fux due to alleged financial links between their children and Banco Master. Meanwhile, Mendonça has defended his actions as being in strict compliance with the law and the court's internal regulations.
