Christopher Nolan's new film "The Odyssey" attracted 291,359 moviegoers in South Korea on its opening day Wednesday, securing the top spot at the local box office. According to data from the Korean Film Council, the action packed epic accounted for 44.8 percent of all ticket sales. This opening day figure marks the third highest for any film released this year, trailing behind "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" with approximately 688,000 viewers and the Korean sci-fi film "Hope" with around 333,000 viewers.
