  • A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.

Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.

Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.

The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

The first Time Out Market in South America will open on the first floor of the Conjunto Nacional building on Avenida Paulista in São Paulo. Scheduled to open in the first half of 2027, the 3,250 square meter space will feature 17 restaurants, one bakery, and three bars. The largest bar will be operated by the brand Stella Artois, which is currently the only specific vendor announced. Other names are expected to be revealed by the end of 2026.

The venue, which has been under construction since May, will accommodate between 750 and 800 guests. Each gastronomic stand will range from 13 to 37 square meters. The project was designed by Levisky Arquitetos Estratégia Urbana. In addition to the food and drink offerings, the market will include a studio kitchen for workshops in partnership with the fintech company Nomad.

Founded in Portugal in 2014, Time Out Market currently operates in countries including the United States, Japan, England, and South Africa. New units are planned for the Czech Republic, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. The Brazilian location will be the second franchise of the brand, following the model used in India. In Brazil, the market will be managed by Benjamin Ramalho through the company Giunina LLC.
