Tohoku Shinkansen bullet train services between Tokyo and Sendai stations were temporarily suspended on Monday morning. According to JR East, the disruption occurred around 6:25 a.m. when a personal injury accident took place on the Nasuno 254 train traveling from Nasu Shiobara to Tokyo. The incident happened while the train was moving between Nasu Shiobara and Utsunomiya. Authorities are currently confirming whether any passengers or crew members were injured. Service was expected to resume around 9:00 a.m.
