  • A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.

Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.

Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.

The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

Sportswear retailer Track&Field is expanding its operations while maintaining a zero debt policy, avoiding the judicial recovery trends currently affecting many Brazilian retail companies. According to CEO Fernando Tracanella, the company focuses on organic growth and avoids mergers and acquisitions to prevent loss of focus and cultural clashes. This strategy includes renovating stores to include cafes and healthy food products, as well as hosting 2,373 events in the first half of the year, primarily street races.

Financial data from the second quarter of 2026 shows consumer sales grew 20.7 percent compared to the same period in 2025, reaching R$ 493.4 million. Consolidated net revenue rose 15.5 percent to R$ 279.7 million, with an adjusted EBITDA of 15.9 percent. The company currently operates 457 stores across Brazil and Portugal, with plans to enter another European country soon.

Founded in 1988, the company shifted to a franchise model in 2011 to facilitate expansion. Despite strong operational numbers, the company's stock has seen a devaluation of approximately 20 percent in 2026, although Banco Safra recommended the stock in February with a predicted upside of 27 percent by year end.

Consultant Alberto Serrentino notes that the company benefits from a broader trend in the wellness sector. Data from the IRTT indicates that sales in the fashion, footwear, and sporting goods segment grew 8.6 percent in 2025, surpassing the 6.4 percent growth of the restricted retail sector measured by the IBGE. Serrentino attributes this to an increased interest in health and wellness, including the influence of weight loss medications.
