President Donald Trump threatened to bomb Oman if the country gets in the way of a U.S. deal with Iran regarding the Strait of Hormuz. The threat was reported by Fox News journalist Trey Yingst, who quoted the president as saying, "If Oman gets in the way, we'll bomb the shit out of them." This warning follows reports that Oman and Iran have been conducting parallel talks to reach an understanding on managing maritime traffic through the strategic waterway.
