Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.

Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.

Two people were lightly injured early Wednesday morning following an explosion in a building passageway near the central train station in Augsburg, Germany. The injured individuals, a 17 year old girl and an 18 year old boy, are both Ukrainian citizens who suffered acoustic trauma. The blast occurred around 3:15 AM and damaged window glass in the area. Police and bomb disposal specialists from the Bavarian State Criminal Police Office responded to the scene, leading to the closure of nearby roads and local public transport. Rail traffic was also disrupted when the station was temporarily closed after a police dog alerted officers to a second suspicious object in a trash bin; however, authorities later determined that the second object was harmless. Rail operations resumed by approximately 10:30 AM. Police spokesperson Timo Kuefner stated that investigators are looking into all possibilities and that it is too early to determine a motive. Some reports, citing the outlet Bild, suggested that a hand grenade exploded in front of a Turkish jewelry store and that the station was not the intended target. While some center right sources mentioned that police are investigating potential links to organized crime, the police spokesperson explicitly cautioned against such speculation, noting that other businesses, including a drugstore, were also affected.
