- A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.
Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.
Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.

The Ukrainian military has reported successful counterattacks in the Donetsk region as part of an operation codenamed Vivaldi. According to General Andrij Bilezkyj, Ukrainian forces recaptured the village of Serednje and approximately ten square kilometers of territory, securing the city of Lyman and repelling a Russian advance that threatened the cities of Slovyansk and Kramatorsk. While these gains contradict Kremlin claims of universal Russian progress in eastern Ukraine, Ukrainian defenders remain under significant pressure in other areas of the Donbass, such as near Dobropillja. Meanwhile, the conflict has expanded to target critical infrastructure and transport. Russia has issued warnings to Western politicians against traveling by train to Kyiv after a drone struck a train near the Polish border. This attack targeted a route used by high profile figures, including former UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson and former Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin. In Russia, President Vladimir Putin has moved the Valdai Discussion Club conference from Sochi to Moscow due to security concerns following Ukrainian drone strikes on refineries near the Black Sea. On the diplomatic front, EU member states have delayed a decision on extending sanctions against nearly 3,000 Russian individuals and organizations due to a dispute over whether to remove two oligarchs, Alisher Usmanov and Mikhail Fridman, from the list. Additionally, US President Donald Trump claimed that Russia and Ukraine agreed to stop attacking energy facilities, though neither country confirmed the deal and reports suggest it may have been an improvisation. Internally, the Ukrainian parliament voted to remove General Prosecutor Ruslan Krawtschenko following corruption investigations and his departure from the country. In a separate security incident, an Italian NATO fighter jet shot down a drone over Lithuania that had allegedly entered from Belarus.
